To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to the Service is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Matchup Better is not responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Matchup Better and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our proprietary technologies, including MatchGraph™, DeepMatch AI™, PredictFlow™, and RiskNet™, are trademarks of Matchup Better.
Access to certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in the currency specified at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as specified in your subscription plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
While we strive for accuracy in our matching algorithms and predictions, Matchup Better does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any matches, recommendations, or insights provided through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchup Better shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Matchup Better and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba, Canada.
